Astrid Wett trolled Arsenal fans by setting fire to their shirt after losing out on the title – but there was more questions surrounding why she was sat in a car boot
OnlyFans star turned boxer Astrid Wett burned an Arsenal shirt from the boot of a car in bizarre scenes.
The Chelsea fan and content creator trolled Gunners fans on Twitter as she set fire to an Arsenal shirt after Manchester City were confirmed as Premier League champions on Saturday.
Mikel Arteta’s side had led the Premier League throughout the majority of the campaign but were unable to shake off the pursuit of City, who were confirmed as champions after Arsenal were beaten 1-0 by Nottingham Forest.
Wett took to Twitter to celebrate the Gunners’ title demises whilst rubbing their fans’ noses in it. She attempted to rile up Arsenal fans but instead had comments questioning the setup of her video.
Wett set fire to an Arsenal home shirt from the boot of a car, saying: “Arsenal’s title went up in flames, so does the shirt.”
The video showed her lighting the shirt with a lighter whilst laughing and shouting: “They’ve bottled it! They’ve bottled it so bad!
“How does it feel Arsenal? That’s how your title has gone… straight up in flames!”
Most fans bit back at the post, with one comment saying: “Why would you do that? It’s desperate, sad and pathetic.”
Whilst a second joked about Chelsea’s struggles this season, tweeting: “Enjoy relegation battle next season.”
But the seemingly strange decision to sit in the boot of a car also had people questioning why in the comments section, one comment read: “Why is she sitting in the boot?”
Another comment said: “You’re 12th and in the boot for what reason may I ask?”
Wett’s beloved Chelsea side look destined to finish in the bottom half of the table following a dire campaign that has seen three managers all fail to steer the club back towards the European spots.
The Blues need to win their remaining three games and hope West-London rivals Fulham lose on the final day to avoid finishing below the Cottagers.
